Pianist Sang Woo Kang will be holding a piano masterclass featuring students from the Eastman Community Division at Eastman School of Music on Saturday, February 12. The masterclass is scheduled from 4 to 7 PM, and will be located in Messinger Hall 1.

The Eastman Community Music School offers the Rochester community the highest-quality private and class room instruction. Opportunities for musical learning and exploration include applied lessons on all instruments and voice; a full array of theory, composition, and history courses; and numerous musical groups, from chamber music to full ensembles. The Eastman Community Music School serves approximately 1,300 students, who range in age from less than one year to more than 90.

The Eastman Community Music School is home to the acclaimed Early Childhood program, as well as the first New Horizons Band, Orchestra, and Chorus, all part of an ensemble program for adults.
